To Whom it concerns: I recently purchased a used 2004 Chrysler Town and Country minivan from 1st Choice Auto sales i12/2010. I was incredibly trepidatious going to to this small individually owed dealership after becoming interested in the vehicle which I mentioned above online. Knowing I was getting into a used van, I came with quotes, questions, mechanics, demands, and a trade in that I absolutely expected a certain value out of. I took 2 test drives, took home and looked over the carfax they gave me and was given ample time to look over the warrantys available. I made reasonable demands of the staff concerning the state of the vehicle should an agreement be made on the sale, All of my minor demands were met with a smile. Not only was the van in GREAT condition it was under common resale cost. I took my time but made up my mind to buy the vehicle within a week. I was then quickly and effortlessly financed (albeit at a different sister local which initially threw me but turned out being seamless and professional) I drove the car immediately to Ohio over Christmas (through mountains, in the snow , rain traffic. The vehicle performed very well. I was VERY happy with the low pressure, complete disclosure and patience afforded me by Vladimir my salesmen. He has cordialyl followed up with me and seemed genuinely concerned. I was scared initially but wouldn;t hesitate to recommend Vlad and his Auto dealership. I would also search them first if i were ever in the market for another auto. Remember people these are used vehicles and the salesmen are only human if you do your homework these are stand up guys with stand up cars. Kudos to you 1St choice Auto and Thank-you. If youre looking for a used car, First Choice Auto Sales is a good place to go. I had a great experience! They have about 50 or so cars to choose from. I bought a 2005 Honda Civic Ex from them three weeks ago and havent had any issues...yet...but it came with a 3 month/4500 mi warranty by "Preferred Warranties Inc." The car had a good clean Car Fax history that was easily accessible. The small staff was very helpful. They answered my questions with no pressure and gave me all the time I needed. I was able to drive the car around by myself all the way out to Interstate 66 so I could see what it was like both in city and on the highway. I felt that the staff took great pride in their cars and truly know the value of their cars. I noticed the lock system was busted and they said they would fix it with no cost; they put their promise in writing, the next week I scheduled a time to take it in and they fixed it within 24 hours (it took a little longer than expected, which was inconvenient but that happens). Lastly, I was able to haggle the price down a little bit and they filled up the gas tank before I left which the tank was lighting up empty! The processing fee was $400 which I noticed was cheaper than most places in the area. The paperwork was painless. In short, these guys know what theyre doing and do it well. Highly recommend checking them out.

I did not have the bad experience the other person that reviewed this place had. When I saw the car lot was next to a cash for check place I was honestly thinking to go look for a car elsewhere - but this place had a good deal on a 2006 Nissan Sentra so I went in anyway. The men that run this business dont have the best customer love per say, but they treated me, a 35-year-old woman, with dignity and honesty. They do purchase all their cars from auctions and they were upfront about that - but they also have the cars run through many test - and I myself did my own car vin number background check. Overall I had an above average experience. They stayed open late for me. They let me do two test drives, and let me take the car home the same day and trade in my old vehicle when I had forgotten to bring the title for my trade-in. They let me come back two days later to do that. They were nice. Ive had no problems with my vehicle and am happy with the deal I got - I talked them down 500 dollars in price and got a high trade-in value. That was my experience. They arent getting 5 stars because they could have smiled more - and thats the only reason. They need to smile more.

My wife recently purchased a 2002 Land Rover from 1st Choice and we have had issues with the dealership ever since. The day after purchasing the vehicle she took it in for the VA inspection and already had to pay $800 extra dollars for the breaks and electrical work. My wife was also informed that the door locks, which did not open or close with the key, would be repaired and that the radio, which had a faulty antenna, would be repaired. Three weeks after purchase my wife dropped the vehicle off at the dealership to have the two repairs fixed. After picking the vehicle up 4 days later it was discovered that NOTHING had been done to the door or the radio. What we did receive was a keyless device to unlock/lock the doors but if it fails the regular key still wont work and we would be locked out of our own vehicle. The radio was tuned to a station which came in clearly without an antenna but as soon as we left the lot no other stations could be tuned in. Final advice would be to NEVER purchase a vehicle from 1st Choice NO matter how nice it appears to be. Shop elsewhere. I would not recommend 1st Choice to my worst enemy!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. They are completely shady, rude, have horrible customer service and are quite frankly a bunch of swindlers. I was told that the car I was looking at was in good order, but regardless I wanted to take it to AAA for a pre-purchase inspection to be safe. Thank goodness I did because it was discovered that there was a HUGE list of problems and that the car showed NO signs of upkeep and that it should be thrown away. AAA also questioned the legality of the safety inspection sticker that was on the vehicle as well. I was livid with 1st Choice for lying to me and making me waste my time and money. I demanded they repay me the inspection cost considering the fact they lied from the very beginning about this car, and the fact that they are probably using an illegal safety inspection sticker. They were extremely unhelpful and threatened to call the cops if I didnt leave! I am completely appalled that such a business has remained one. STAY AWAY

Had a good car buying experience with Steve, Danny and Payam. Ill detail the things I like about this dealership, and other observations. 1) They pick cars well. While the car I bought was not the lowest price around for the model, it was in the best condition. No smells, rust or leaks. 2) The test drive policy is better than many. Basically, they take your license and let you take the car to drive and/or show a mechanic. Other dealerships are difficult in this respect, while 1st choice is old-school. The sales team I worked with, Steve and Danny, are very open to customers gaining confidence in the cars by driving them and otherwise evaluating them. On the lot, Payam does an excellent job of bringing the cars in and out, giving rides home after purchase, etc. 3) They are a cash business, and do not accept checks. Able to work through minor issues regarding keys, paperwork and inspections without disagreement.
