Terrible customer service! I took my phone in to have it shipped off to get the screen fixed which took a week (not bad at all). They notified me by email that it was done so I came to pick it up. I had to wait in line to pick up my phone that had already been payed for, but rules are rules, so fine. I did give 2 stars due to the fact that they were pretty quick to help everyone. Once I get up there it took a while for them to even find my phone and asked me twice if I was sure it was there and asked me when I dropped it off.. I wouldnt lie about an email confirmation! They find the phone and then tell me Ill be charged the $100 fee, but Ive already payed that! I told them I could show them once they give me my phone, or if its quicker, that they could charge me a second time and Ill just get a refund later because my toddler wasnt a happy camper being there and I wanted out quick. Then they say I cant pick it up because Im not an authorized adult. I dropped off the phone myself and didnt need anyone else there and was never told Id need someone else to pick it. Some of the guys were just rude too! I did have one really nice guy who wasnt rude at all though!

Excellent Customer Service! Purchased a HTC Evo 3D the day it came out. The unit I received was defective and rebooted constantly. Phone support was unable to resolve the issue. I brought my phone in to the store and Brain helped me out. When they were also unable to fix the defective unit, they provided me with a new phone no questions asked. Brian was prompt, helpful, and clearly valued me as a customer. If you live in Mckinney, Allen, Frisco, or any of the North Dallas Suburbs, give this store a shot. Ask for Brain (or Mason).

Literally THE WORST customer service you could ever experience. We took my husbands phone in to have a small crack on the camera screen repaired. They could not figure out how to put the phone back together properly which resulted in us returning FIVE times for repairs. The screen went black and became unuseable. They then put a note on the account for us to have to file a claim through the insurance. Why should we have to file a claim because THEY messed the phone up and cant fix it? AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Have had to come in several times and the wait is usually to long for my taste, 5-35 minutes, but once i get to an employee the service is great and problem is usually resolved on the spot. My Galaxy S2 bit the dust and the replacement one came in , it too was defective, so im going on 2 weeks w/o a phone and its the lifeblood of my business. i have 4 lines at my shop, but if we cannot get to them it pots to my cell and i dont loose the business.

Horrible, 1mbps download speed half the time, call quality is a joke. The whole entire service was a complete waste of my time and $$. Switched to T-mobile. Call quality is excellent, you can surf and talk at same time & my download speeds are over 100mpbs. I honestly cant understand how sprint is even a provider. They provide nothing but problems. T mobile or Verizon. Stay away from this service.

I made the mistake of going to the new Sprint store on Custer/121 one too many times, and have since chosen to only go to this one off Craig Drive. They know more, and are more willing to help. They also helped me to switch to a cheaper plan, with more features than my current one, without losing any features. So thats nice. And within a timely manner. It took literally 7 minutes to switch my plan.

I waited 30 minutes at the podium of this store without so much as a hello. Finally, someone asks to help me and he points out that I have to return my old phones for credit online... not at that store (even though i was able to do it at a sprint store 2 yrs ago). Thanks for wasting my Freakin Time while my family was starving in the car outside! Jerks!

They have always been helpful here. I been with Sprint since 99 my sons phone got water damage from a cup holder would have been expensive to replace tech looked at my son and said it happens lesson learned a new one has been ordered they will take care of it no charge. That goes beyond customer service and made my sons Christmas!

This is the worst service I have ever seen these people dont know what they are doing and they are not helpful at all. VERY unprofessional, cussing in front of customers such as myself and failing to do what they say they are going to do. Not a good location to go to, dont waste your time!

awesome service provided by the entire staff especially by Luis, he was literally able to fix my phone and also lower my bill so that I could get an additional table at no extra cost. Great store to visit and I will definitely be back when its time to upgrade!!!!! Great JOB SPRINT!!!!

Do not attempt to recieve any useful help or information from the incompetent, inconsiderate staff that is employed here. Terrible location and even more disgraceful "service". Visit ANY other store than this, try allen off McDermott they are very helpful

Awesome! Ive never had a problem with the staff at this location. They always have an answer for my question and contrary to the review before mine, I have never waited to be addressed upon arrival. Quick, efficient, and they provide a great service!

A little miffed at the moment that they spent all kinds of money remodeling the store to make it hip rather than investing in staffing up in order to address the long standing wait issue. FWIW good service once you finally get help.

Can you leave 0 stars? Any place that cannot resolve a issue and WILL not allow you to contact the district manager should not be allowed to represent a branch. I cannot believe Sprint allows this location to stay open.
