We are having some real difficulties with a new sofa we bought at LaZBoy. The microfiber material we selected is not substantial enough to hold its shape. It wrinkles and dirties very easily. We waited 6 weeks for delivery and were so disappointed in the product. The company does not seem to know who is responsible for what or who can make a decision. It appears obvious that the store manager does not have the authority to make any decisions. We have had difficulty with Customer Care and have returned to the store here in Wilmington, NC several times as well as had repair in our home by the Customer Care representative. We have been unhappy since the first week of delivery and they keep putting us off. We clearly asked to have the sofa picked up and replace it with a sofa with a better fabric that is not so flimsy. We even offered to pay more for a better grade or to have the sofa recovered and it has now been almost three months with the sofa looking so bad we keep it covered and the store manager does not seem to be able to authorize anything to be done. I am embarassed by the look of this sofa in my home.

We purchased furniture on March 20, 2016 and was informed it would take about six weeks for delivery. After waiting patiently, six, seven, eight weeks passed so my husband stopped by the store and the salesperson said it would be another week or so.... After waiting patiently we have never received a call as of today so we phoned the store. They did not seem concerned that it has been over ten weeks for our furniture delivery. We were told there was a balance on the account- but I have a receipt for payment - It is now scheduled to be delivered Thursday of next week... My thought is...if we never called would they have ever called to schedule? I dont believe so. I was excited about getting additional pieces after the delivery of our new furniture, but dont think I will be shopping at your store again.

Visited the store several times looking recliners,finally decided to buy went back to store after talking to a young sales representative the next day spoke to floor manager told him I was just in yesterday wanted to purchase two recliners. I told him the price the young rep had quoted me,and.that it would only take a week for the order to arrive,he asked me for the paper,I told him I did not receive one.Floor manager was rude by just waking off when I asked for a price check on the recliners.I left went to Haverty Furniture store and bought two leather recliners. I would never go back to Lazy Boy store.

We got a good sale price on a sofa and 2 recliners. The sales service was fine. I like that they dont work on commission. The delivery and set up was exemplary, so much better than others we have experienced recently.

Lax-z-boy refuses to honor repair warranty. After four days they will not fix a broken 1 year old chair. It seems they have to ask their stores if they will fix a chair. Online service is rude and unreliable.
