So far so good. We bought a top grain leather reclining sectional living room set. Delivery guys were great. 2 pieces were damaged when they unwrapped them. Called Havertys and they scheduled the delivery of replacement pieces within a few business days. New pieces were not damaged and matched perfectly. These were minor defects and they replaced them with no questions asked. The service technician also came out to work on some crushed padding on the rear of our wedge. He was amazing. Fixed the indentations and did a great job. Right on time, courteous and very professional. Really impressed. No complaints. We have only had the furniture for 2 weeks though. Well give you a 6 month update in 6 months.

I worked there for a year. Im no salesman; however, after receiving an associates in Interior design, from FIT in Manhattan, I can promise you every bad review (including the bugs (in the Wood of the bars on occasion)) is completely true. The sales people dont blame them. The company is shady. The management... if its still Jay Band yea hes the scum of the furniture sales genre. Go in and ask them to find you a 100% made and assembled in the USA recliner. Cant be done. Doesnt matter; however, youre payingn the price as if its top notch. The sales people be kind too. Theyre good people making next to nothing. Hope this helps. (Haynes, value city, Ashley etc. all the same stuff essentially)

In the past, I purchased many rooms of furniture from this store. The last purchase had a recliner that is not holding up. We had purchased the Goldman Gold Plan and were told it would take care of any issue. When we filed a claim, Guardsman denied it because they are not able to get replacement parts. When I spoke to management, he stated that each year the model changes so therefore they could not replace the chair. We were sold a plan to protect the furniture for 5 years, but Havertys cannot get parts even two years later. I will never purchase from this store again. Management was awful during this process. They do not seem to care if customers come back or not.

quick to get you in the door, get the sale and get you out. however they are ultimately the most unprofessional and shady group of people I have ever had the disclosure of buying anything from. poor management, shady systematic loop holes and shoddy craftsman ship.
