Frankly, a crappy experience. Susan was helpful, but everyone else was unfriendly. Demeanor on the phone was poor as well; I got treated with such suspicion when I called that I had to ask if I had called the wrong number! When I went in to pick up what I had ordered, I was not treated like a paying customer. I went in to speak with someone in person to make sure I got a "petite" corsage. I answered all the questions and was specific about the desired size and the size of the person intended to wear it. When I went to pick up the item, it was definitely not petite and $5 more than quoted. They got it wrong and, with no time to get anything else, I had no choice but to accept it. In the end, it was too big to wear. Bottom Line: Poor business manners, wrong item, higher cost than quoted, wasted money and time. Not buying from them again.

Stay away from this florist. I am from NJ and have a dear friend in Orlando. I ordered a bouquet using their FTD arrangement pics. It looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture. The only thing in common with the picture was the color of the flowers. I was livid after paying $70 total for this gift. When I called to advise, the nasty lady told me to send her the picture my friend sent me because she personally saw it and it was exact. When I sent it she said it was the same thing. I saw that I was going nowhere fast with this winner so I told her I would advise future "victims". She started to threaten me that if I did, she would do nothing to correct their error. I just hung up the phone. Spare yourself the aggravation and expense. Go elsewhere.

Incredibly horrible customer service. I dealt with a associate named Rose who is a old bitter snobby woman. She did not seem interested in doing business with me at any point of my transaction or inquiry. Completely unprofessional while placing the order and did not make me feel welcome or happy about making a purchase what so ever. She tried to charge me a $15 delivery fee to deliver to an address that is 1.8 miles away from the business after telling me that the delivery was free if it was within the local area. When I ask a few additional questions she was very reluctant in answering them. When I tried to call to check on the status of my order she IGNORED all 5 of my calls until I called from a different number in which she picked up within 3 rings.

I went in yesterday with the idea of buying a regular ole mothers day bouquet. Rose was so wonderful, she asked me what I was looking for how much I wanted to spend the whole nine. She took the time out if her hectic day to still give amazing customer service. On top of that she said I could even pick it up on mothers day and when I did I it was a masterpiece and my wife loved it. Thank you for an amazing bouquet. You have a life long customer.

Horrible customer service. I called to get some roses delivered not even a mile away and I dont care about the fact that they wanted to charge me $15 for delivery, I cared about how much of a BYTCH, the BYTCH that answered the phone was being. She was very evil, rude, nasty, and I hope she gets fired. If she owns the place, I hope they go out of business. Thats how mean she was on the phone to me.

My wife picked up our daughters corsage, and it was not what she ordered. A young lady in the store yelled at her, and the old lady gave my wife a hard time. I went in to get my money back, and the old lady lied about what happened in the store, and when I showed her these reviews, she said she didnt care. We will NEVER go back.

Terrible customer service. I went in with a friend looking to get quotes for a wedding. We were talked down to and made to feel unwelcome in the store. They had an excellent selection of flowers and seemed knowledgable, but I couldnt justify spending my money in a place that took the joy out of wedding planning

Cheryl is absolutely wonderful! My daughter is in Hunters Creek and Im in Indiana. The arrangement she suggested was perfect and very reasonably priced. Dont be put off by the negative reviews.
