Very Very Disappointed!!!! However it seems that the majority of others have all had frustrating experiences with Cerritos Home Depot. I went to Cerritos Home Depot and assisted by Frank. He was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He gave me an estimate on Milgard windows and scheduled someone to come and verify measurements & give me price on installation. The installation estimator showed up on time but thats where good service ended. I was informed that they only install Simonton, not Milgard as I was quoted at the store. He did not seem knowledgeable of Milgard windows and actually critical of them. He said Simonton is their best seller but when I looked up Simonton windows at Home Depot, customer rating was 1 1/2 stars. I asked a lot of questions about how they would install. I never received a clear & concise response to any of my questions; only "trust us, were Home Depot , we will do a quality job for you. He quoted a flat rate for the Simonton windows with installation. But after numerous requests, he refused to give me a breakdown of costs and finally said he had to leave. Spoke to Frank at Cerritos. He said that was incorrect and would have the supervisor Brian call me. Its been 2 days and I have not even received a courtesy call. Based on all of the negative reviews/ ratings for Home Depot installation services, there certainly seems to be a disconnect between the window specialist in the store and installation personnel. With all of the negative reviews, you would think Home Depot Management would wake up and realize theres a problem. Perhaps thats naive thinking on my part.

Compre una garantia extendida para una lavadora LG, la lavadora me funciona muy mal, enviaron tres veces a repararla y nada han reparado, dicen que van a enviar a otra compania y nada, solo lo hacen perder tiempo y la paciencia alpasarlo a uno de un telefo a otro de un representante al cliente a otro representante. No quiero mas esa lavadora quiero que reintegren mi dinero y nada, nada de nada, me puede ayudar alguien, la policia o aguna persona, porque esto es un robo ROBO!

If I could I would rate 0 stars. My husband and I walk in asking where we would find an item. The worker looked at us and said plumbing.....we actually had to ask her where the plumbing area was.....obviously plastic tubing is in plumbing...... So we get over to plumbing.....and theres about 4 workers whom just walk by on their phones.....so, we pull down the tubing we need....however theres no pcu number, once again we were going to ask a worker, however; one walked over and literally moved my husband out of the way when he was trying to find the number for the cashier. Wow! We take a picture of the label hoping that would work. When we get up to the csshiers theres only 2 open and long lines. So we go over to the self check out which happens to be moving faster. The worker there looks at us and says lane 5 is opening, then repeats it several times. As if we didnt know 5 came after 4 and before 6....we decided to leave our purchase there and walk out.....wow....

We bought kitchen cabinets from them and we had problems that they tried to put on us.They then said it was the contractor that they hired.I told them that they were the ones that hired the contractor and that as far as Im concerned he stands for your company because you were supposed to screen the people that you have come out to the customers home.But Home Depot and the contractor argued with us about the hole drilled through from the kitchen wall to the living room wall that they didnt notice because they didnt check their work.Then the pins they put in to hold the shelves up were short and that night after they finished a couple of the shelves fell down and they sent the new pins in the mail like I was supposed to put replace them.Customer service with companies arent even close to what it was because they have no respect for the people who bring their business to them,HOME DEPOT IS A JOKE!!! THAT JUST AINT FUNNY.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FLAT OUT UNREASONABLE. Bought a saw, they wouldnt let us return it even though it was well within the 30 days. They kept saying we used it more than once. Heres the thing. The saw has two setting. Setting A that I used couple times, works fine. Setting B, which was defective from the start, almost CHOPPED MY HAND OFF. When I found out, I brought it immediately to the store, but the manager remained obstinate. Lakewood Home Depot customer service is SO MUCH BETTER. Go give them the business!!

Terrible layout that makes no sense. Editing a review thats less than ten minutes old, Ive asked four people for help to get a key made and no one has done anything to help. Update number two: I ended up cutting the key myself after calling the manager and still not getting help. I had time to learn how to use their machine to cut a key before I could get help, thats crazy. Tbh that machine is easy.

Clean up your parking lot and get rid of the f n illegals stealing jobs from business contractors that support your company by shopping there. Maybe then youll get the other 4 stars. And if you arent going to take responsibility then at least confront your smaller neighbor buisnesses or shut them down and take control of your lot....either or step up or step down.

Poor customer service, refused to cover a warranty of a Husky tool with lifetime warranty because she was unsure if the tools warranty was lifetime and she was too lazy to have someone look into it, her attention was more focused on joking around with other co-workers. Worst experience, shop elsewhere for better service.

I always enjoy my visit to Home Depot the employees are very helpful and a smile on there faces and they say hello and ask is there anything I can help do to help you. Very nice and considering they seem like happy campers thank you keep up the good service.

Ive gone to many home depots and this was by far the most customer friendly. Im giving it 4 stars because the franchise sucks how and where you can return items. The staff here will try their best to help navigate though the ridiculous home depot policies.

Looked for roofing supplies, a new washer, replacement aerator for kitchen faucet and in all these departments we asked for and were offered help. Everyone was knowledgeable and willing to help us . FIVE STARS.

This Home Depot is ok. Just not very organized and not many employees and if they do help you. They dont know what they are talking about because they are mostly young kids. The one in Downey is better.

Helpful staff. Selection is sometimes hit or miss depending on what youre looking for. Parking lot is kind of annoying in regards to people not looking where theyre going.
