First things first was told my down payment for the vehicle I wanted would be $500 then after I went and got my loan approved they jumped that to $800. Never buy a vehicle in bad weather. It was snowing when we went to them. so getting under the vehicle was not very appealing. Stupid me should have done it anyway. The vehicle a 2003 Mecury Mountaineer AWD V6. When I asked hey how well does the AWD work? He replied " it is very smooth you cant even feel it activate". Well we went to drive the SUV for a test run felt good of course this being the newest vehicle Ive ever owned seemed great. Get a check buy the SUV go home and the very next day no exaggeration the service engine soon light pops on. No biggy take the SUV back they fix it. Catalytic converter was bad. SUV fixed go home and try to wash the rear window and water starts pouring into the back of the cab. 3 days later the ABS light comes on. Two weeks later driving home there is a pop in the front end and it starts feeling like your driving on gravel. So I climb under the SUV and find that the shaft for the front differential and it is already gone. There is nothing but rust from the shaft already being gone for longer then Ive had the truck. Call the car lot and frank tells me sorry this is not our problem. The SUV is yours "as is no warranty". So me being very mechanical I convert the SUV to 2 wheel drive and remove the problem. 2 weeks later the wheel hub assembly goes out and my right front wheel falls off. I paid $5000 for the truck then paid for $1500 in parts that I put on. OH and the ABS light is on again. needs another ABS sensor. So all in all I will give then a star because they gave me $300 of my down payment back.

Very nice and honest. The latch on the hatch of my vanwouldnt open at all, and he offered to have it fixed. He had it written up on the paperwork. Also fixed something else for free... All after we purchased it. Would definitely go back again.

Frank was pushy, dishonest and very sketchy. Drove 2 vehicles from there and both were unsatisfying. Wouldnt recommend anyone buy a vehicle from here.
