Service at this Goodwill was atrocious today. Despite donating over $2,000 in items (thats the resale value), my friends and I were berated and disrespected by Goodwill employees because we arrived 7 minutes before they opened to unload the items. The loudest one, a heavy-set blond woman, threatened to call the police on us for "dumping," despite my explaining to her that Id called another Goodwill which advised that I could drop off the goods at this location despite them not being open yet. We also said that wed be willing to wait until 10:00 a.m. if necessary. This is also despite the fact that, when we arrived, there were multiple other donations already on the curb. Before we finished unloading and left the goods, both she and another employee told us that it was okay to go ahead and drop the donations off although it was still a few minutes until 10:00 a.m., yet she continued to complain about the early donations, never once saying thanks or otherwise showing appreciation for my donations. To add insult to injury, the woman readily accepted goods brought by another donator who stopped by after we arrived (still before 10 am) and proceeded to speak very negatively about us in our presence. Upon leaving, this same woman wrote down our tag numbers, for what reason, Im not sure. If it wasnt a holiday weekend, and I wasnt on a timeline, Id have taken the items back and given them to another company. As it stands, I will never donate to Goodwill again. I still have a few items to donate, and I will definitely be taking them to another entity. I will update this post when/if I find out the womans name. #Goodwill

Ive been shopping here for years and no bad experiences until recently. A newer female employee didnt put my item with my other things and purposely kept it for herself!! I came back to see her and she lied to me and said I took it with me,ummm I dont think so! I even checked the cart before walking away,too.I hope she enjoys it and appreciates it,because I would have if it wasnt for lying thieves!! My advice,go to the senior cashiers first,even if you have to wait!!!

This location has a great selection of clothing. I recently went there just to look, not expecting to find the bargains I ended up with. I bought 7 sweaters and a couple of oxfords for my school aged children, spending a total of around $25. I believe this is a fairly new location, so the store is well kept. I highly recommend it. Just dont go expecting to receive impeccable customer service. Concentrate on the great finds and youll be a happy customer.

The drive through donation service is very convenient and fast. I stop by here frequently and drop off little bags of clothes, etc. Last visit I had a couch and the team was very friendly, unloaded it and gave me a receipt. Overall a great experience donating at this Goodwill.

The selection and the rack upkeep are usually very good at this location. The dressing rooms are nasty, but the staff is friendly. Definitely worth a visit a couple times a month.
