Friendly and helpful staff. Frequently changing stock of clothing and accessories for the entire family, housewares, books, collectibles, furniture, and other used items. Regular sales and frequent shopper program. Proceeds finance several charity projects. Often have free Bibles in entryway. Christian radio plays overhead.

Not very impressed with the store in Franklin. They say they are the largest Thrift store in Tennessee. What they really mean is that they HAVE the largest Thrift store in Tennessee, and the Franklin store isnt it. The store in Franklin is smaller than your average Goodwill.

Not good Bought a pair of MK gold high top tennis shoes for my granddaughter and after paying found that one zipper was broke and I couldnt get my money back even though I hadnt left the cashier. Not good at all.

LOVE this store! Clean, well organized, and great merchandise at reasonable prices. Not an enormous store (as mentioned), but just right to pop in or spend several hours. Keep up the good work!

Thriftsmart is a fairly new addition. Smaller than Goodwill but still large enough to find some good deals, and since this is Franklin youll generally find some nicer things here.
