Bought Baby Bath tub today fitted with shower from this place which according to them was tested and working fine.....Well I trusted store manager words and went home with product (well that was really a bad idea)....First thing I did after reaching home was to test the shower unit of baby bath tub using water (which I couldnt test at the store since it required water).......And to my surprise when I tested at home it was not working at all. I called them asap (within 20 mins product purchase) and explained them about the faulty product they sold me. I asked them for credit card refund or cash back on returning the faulty product, but was astonished to know they did not have good return back policy at all. All they were ready to do was store credit of the same amount :-( I wondered what would I do with store credit when I had already lost the trust in Kid to Kid and was least interested to visit that store again or recommend it to some one. Beware there is no return policy...so please inspect before buying any baby stuff....they promise you its tested and working fine.....the only thing they provide is store credit in-case of faulty items informing or returning them within an half hour.

I went to this Kid to Kid store last week to sell my sons clothes, and I had about 40 outfits size NB through 12 mos. I also had lots of equipment (bottle warmer, baby sling, etc.) and a whole bag of baby shoes, many of which had NEVER been worn. I spent two weeks preparing all the clothes to sell according to Kid to Kids specifications (freshly laundered, laying flat, not on hangers). I drove 45 minutes to get there and unloaded all my items. The guy working said it would take 45 min. to go through it, so I waited in the store. When he called me back up to pay me for my items, he only wanted FOUR things out of everything I had brought. He passed up at least 5 brand new outfits with tags on and at least 3 pairs of brand new shoes. He also passed up all the baby equipment I had brought, some of which was brand new in the box. I would not go here again to sell, it is just not worth your time or gas! I got $15 total and it cost me probably $5 to drive there and back, so I netted $10 and had to take back all my stuff. Im having a yard sale, its a lot better than going here and feeling like your stuff isnt "good enough" for them!

I love this store! I have been to several others and if any of you moms are like me and have a baby tagging along this store is the one for you! I love that I walk in and it is NOT overwhelming. They have everything organized perfectly and dont have massive quantities of clothing to rummage through. Just the right amount for a quick stop. The staff is VERY friendly and VERY helpful. I just get a great feeling everytime I walk into the store. I think the clothes are reasonably priced as well. I love the fact they can give you a store credit when you sell things to them and that they have a frequent shopper card. Great store.. check it out!

I brought a bin full of newborn to 12 month clothes in, and was told it would take an hour to go through what Id brought in. (If I chose to leave them there, it would take 3 days, so I chose to wait.) After an hour, I was given back my bin of clothes and told that they simply didnt have the space for infant clothes at the moment, and was given $4 store credit for the 4 outfits (brand new with tags) that they wanted. GOOD customer service would have been to inform customers if the items that they were not taking at the moment, instead of wasting an hour of their time. I wont be back.

I enjoy shopping at this store. I usually can find some good items for my kids. I took tons of clothes there to sell and they only offered me a small amount for a large pile of clothes. It is easier to take your clothes there and sell them rather than dealing with consigning, but they do not give you a fair amount of money for your items. So, this is a good place to shop, but not so good when it comes to selling your items.

Never sell your stuff here. They take all your great items and only give you a tiny tiny percentage. I would consign with local companies that set up at local churches a couple of times a year. You can price your own items and they only take a small percentage. Its worth it.

A grandmother helping out, I made a long drive and was not iimpressed at all. There was a tear and the choices in larger sizes was unimpressive. I wish I had saved the gas and gone somewhere closer since there are better stores everywhere.

This store si now in Seabore Ln. just behind Costco, and its an amazing store, I just love to go, the owner is so nice, and they have really good brands, and everything is really clean.
