Staff appear to know what they are doing but in reality they do not. They now offer phone repair and it was and still is the worst expirence ever. I dropped my phone off December 24 and didnt receive it till way after new years because they kept breaking the spare pieces and eventually had to ship it to a shop, worst of all you try to speak to upper management and they are no help not even a sorry or a refund. The worst customer service thus far. Staples is off my list, which they have never been on anyway

If distance werent an issue I would go to the Office Depot in Temple instead, every time. The employees are inept and largely rude and dismissive. To their credit, the place seems fairly understaffed in the print area, and theyre accepting putting jobs which I dont feel they are qualified to do in the first place. Unfortunately, were right next door and I dont know another good print shop less than 15 minutes away, so In relegated by default pretty often.

Lots of Office Chairs that you can sit in and test to find what works for you. I got the Staples Glenvar Bonded Leather Big and Tall Chair which comes with a Limited-Lifetime Warranty so if anything major breaks they will order you a replacement part. The staff was very helpful and courteous during my visit.

Faxing was self-service, which I like, but I had to use a credit card, though I had cash Id have preferred to use. Also, the help area was packed and having technical difficulties.
