My 2011 Macbook Pro 15" wifi stopped working randomly. Looked it up on my phone and apparently the ribbon cable that connects the wifi card to the logic board can get damaged over time. iFixit had new ones for 30 plus shipping, but I needed it ASAP. Called every computer store in Syracuse and this was the only one that had spare parts from donor computers. Called him and told him what I needed and he said hed go find one. 30 minutes later he emailed me saying hes got it and that I can come by whenever. Dropped in with my laptop and asked if I could install it myself there to make sure it worked. He lent me tools and a work space and even helped me a bit. Super nice guy, very knowledgable, and gave me a fair price for the part I needed. 100% recommend.

Dave has worked on both my old Dell PC and now most recently my new HP Laptop. HP phone tech support was useless, even after at least 10 calls on the same list of issues. So in spite of having full HP coverage, I knew that Dave would get to the source of the problem and fix it....and thats exactly what he did. One of the things that I so appreciate about him is that he doesnt just do a reload, like many other shops do. Instead, he finds the source of the problem and fixes it. I am a loyal repeat customer and will stay that way because of his excellent quality work and also his very fair pricing.

They are the best. Theyve unearthed my system from several crises over the years that have left the "Genius Bar" stumped. My Macs dont falter often but whenever I have an issue, this is the first place I call. As an added bonus, Dave is excellent at explaining computer issues in clear language, so I always walk away knowing more about how to handle my computer.

I took our 6-year-old iMac in yesterday after a too small disc got put in the drive, then a regular disc was inadvertently put in with it. As the phone was busy when I called, I just walked in with it. I got same-day, friendly service at a reasonable price. I will go back in a heartbeat if I need to.
