Took my mother in law in purchase a folding steel cart. She said theyd have one, and sure enough, they had several from which to choose. This was a unique experience for this visitor, eliciting childhood memories of how local retailing used to be. I purchased some brass fittings I thought might come in handy at a very competitive price. Ill be sure to stop next visit. A really neat store!

Kraus is one of those Erie treasures that Im amazed more people dont know about. As previous reviewers have noted, Kraus schtick is that no matter what obscure doodad or widget you need, the staff will say "hold on", walk down an aisle or into another part of the store, and then magically produce it. Their staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.

They have things to buy here, but the prices are outrageous. Went there for RJ45 Ethernet ends. They were selling the ends for 1 dollar a piece. The guy at the counter said "I was giving you a deal, these are actually 1.50 a piece" Kraus: Lowes sells them for .36 cents a piece. A deal would have been a price lower than that.

Im a contractor.The service you receive here is what the "big box stores" wish they could provide. Dont think that you have to go to a big box store to get the lowest price. Many common items are available here for a lot less and you can buy with the satisfaction of knowing your money stays here in Erie!

They have everything that you need. If they dont have it they can find it for you. If they cant find it then you probably dont need it. Prices as good as big box stores. I live close so I dont have to drive through the Peach street jam to get what I need.

These guys know everything about everything. From wiring to lamps to plumbing to miscellaneous nuts and bolts. Their selection is massive. Way better and more knowledgeable than the big box stores.
