Absolutely terrible experience at this place. I was recommended by a reputable jeweler to have my Panerai watch looked at, since they are an authorized dealer, I figured they would go out their way to help. After they realized the watch wasnt purchased there, the staff treated me like I was dirt. They started to question me on how I obtained my watch. The questiining or" interrorgation"felt very condescending and borderline disrespectful. The sales lady insinuated that it might have been stolen. There store is extremely nice with awesome watches, but whats the point of having inventory if you have no customers. I would never recommended this place or ever buy anything here just based on the way they treat their potential customers.

I received the most gorgeous diamond anniversary ring from Hartgers Jewelers. The entire experience of making this purchase at Hartgers was so special. The owners showed me a huge selection of stunning rings...one more beautiful than the next. They did not put any pressure on me, but helped me find exactly what I was looking for. My husband also purchased one of the signature Hartgers Watch Company watches. He has gotten so many compliments on it. It is an awesome mens watch, and reasonably priced. I can not wait for the next occasion to go back to Hartgers. It is a beautiful store.
