Great experience with the shop and staff. I have always been treated well and everyone I have sent there has praised them about their service. I have only had one mechanical issue with the shop and it wasn’t due to their performance, it was simply a product issue. Instead of them being defensive, they put honest effort into fixing the problem. The owner has had a passion for cycling his entire life and shares that with people that come into the shop. They don’t make it about products, brands, or sales. I have always found that their focus is on people of all levels and abilities, and good quality service for those people. There is a reason this shop has a strong loyal following.

These guys are great, seriously. Weve been to maybe 15-20 different bike places (looking for the felt zw3), never have we had such amazing service. They had then bike, I nearly lost it when I saw it. Ha. Anyway, they fit me BEFORE I bought the bike and then they did a complete fitting after we bought it. The whole time we were there, we asked millions of questions, they were so patient with me and answered everything. I learned so much in such a short time. I am a technician at an Apple Store, where customer service is something we take major pride on. These guys also knew customer service. Thanks to Christian and the team for everything!! Cannot wait to enter in my next race.

All of the staff are really great. Knowledgeable, very friendly. Large selection. Have bought 2 bikes from them (BMC and Felt). Not only did they ask what I was looking for and intended use but directed me and my wife based on needs. No upsell. Christian was very good dialing in the bike fit. Actually fit my wife before we bought her bike so she could see how it feel and get a good comparison. While its a 30 minute drive from my house and there are closer shops, I will continue to go back for service and all other needs as I know it will be done right.

Cycles 54 was the first shop that instead of asking why I wanted disk brakes on a road bike, explained my options, then helped me to select a better equipped bike (Felt V85), for less money than the bike I was leaning towards. Customizing the gearing, to my needs, was again effortless (higher, closer). They spent the time to get an excellent fit, and proper adjustment. My speed is up 15-20%. THANK YOU CYCLES 54!

Please, do research and comparison before you go to this place. They are offering only 1 free tune-up during the first 6 months. It is a nonsense, cause many stores offer unlimited tune-ups for the first year. Stuff were nice but not very knowledgeable. Bike wasnt clean like it should be on the pick up day. Im not sure about buying another bike from Cycles 54.

Maybe you should go talk to someone about that instead of slandering good local businesses!

Experienced staff - I feel able to call them any time to ask any technical question. The owner is super nice and tries to schedule service work while-you-wait. My experience so far on pricing is that they are pragmatic when it comes to service billing (if it didnt take a long time, they dont just round up).

The guys at the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable. Greg did not talk over my head and educated me without upsells on lots of items i purchased. I am getting back into riding and am out of date, i am not a total novice as i rode cross country unsupported in 1998. Thanks guys. Great shop.
