Middletown store opened its market department. Its a great addition but the service was compromised. No one helps in the other department. Two people are in the electronics. I asked for help thru their store phones but no one answered and approached me. Everybodys in the register. I saw the manager today overseeing the front liners and I can see the frustration in his face. They lack people! They keep saying they are hiring and going through applications but where are the hired people? Its either Middletown is cutting back by not hiring because of the expense they have incurred.
