I used to always give this Sallys a shot, knowing that its relatively new and convenient to get to. But the staff are so ridiculously rude and unprofessional it blows my mind! I went to the store w a friend for hair dye and one of the ditsy blondes asked us if we needed help, we said no, but then she proceeded to follow us all through the store, hawking our every move. Like we were about to case the joint, noted that we have been here numerous times and we are paying customers. They also try to up sell you on everything they can, and try to tell you that things arent on sale just cause theyre too incompetent to know how to work their own compute system. It was just so frustrating we should have took our business else where this day, and I wish I did. Go to the one in ocean.

it is a lovely store and has a variety of good products and i would definitely reccomend going if it wasnt for a worker there named Susan her customer service is awful and making my friends feel self conscience about there femininity is no way to keep customers.
