The staff are very kind and helpful. I chose drapes for my living room, library, and dining room. The staff knowledge of fabric and style was very helpful since this was, indeed, a significant investment for me. I was given an estimate of 8 to 10 weeks for my drapes to be completed. It took well over six months. When two out of the three sets finally arrived, one set of drapes was 3 inches too long and puddled atop the radiator. The other set was 1 inch too short. The third set has still not arrived. There was a problem three separate times with flawed fabric when it arrived at the workroom. I am told another shipment is on its way and will wait to hear from the workroom if they feel it is satisfactory. I can only hope it wont take another six months to get it all sorted out.

The service is excellent! I came in with a very limited budget for a local nonprofit and the sales staff could not have been more kind and engaging in meeting my needs, even though I did not have much to spend. Very kind and sweet!
