You surely will not find it here. We are a small company based in Minnesota and we thought wed start local for fabric sourcing when we launched over a year ago. We sure wish we couldve stayed local but weve recieved nothing but RUDE and dishonest customer service from this local supplier - Rubenstein & Ziff (R & Z). Weve been misquoted prices that change dramatically (and often several times) upon order confirmation, staff have used incorrect item numbers so we ended up with bolts of incorrect fabric, and staff & management have been unresponsive and resistant to taking any responsibility for errors and misquotes. As our production has increased ten-fold since our first visit with them about a year and a half ago, good riddance to them for losing a sizeable account and the respect of local entrepenuers.

Looking for an excellent wholesaler to purchase fabric, notions, etc. from? Rubenstein & Ziff-Quiltworks is the perfect place for you. I started a longarm quilting business in 2003 and purchased very little. In 2009 I opened a Quilt Shop and continue to purchase inventory from R & Z-Quiltworks. I receive the same friendly, helpful service from everyone, purchasing little, to my now larger purchases. Their prices are competitive with the larger wholesalers and (even better) they are conveniently located in Minneapolis. (My Quilt Shop is in Wisconsin) They have a large selection of items for immediate purchase or they will order and ship directly to your business. This is definitely a place you want to get to know to help your business grow!

We are so pleased with the service and help we have gotten from R & Z. The phone reps are courteous and friendly and always willing to help. Our personal sales rep is the best! We have come full circle with her help in the last four years. She has made suggestions, done demonstrations, come and helped us set up a new notions program and encouraged us on our fabrics and selections. Without her we wouldnt be where we are today! When we have visited the warehouse everyone there was very helpful and we found what we needed. Thank you R & Z and keep up the great work you are doing!
