Terrible customer service!!! Was quoted a week for my machine to be fixed.... three weeks later still hasnt even been started even though they said they would start on it last week when I called for an update. So rude. This has happened before with them as well! Took over two months for them to get in my new blades for my serger with NO UPDATES! I cant take the machines anywhere else due to the warranty being invalidated. Use my machine for business and am so behind because of these people. Really unprofessional and didnt even say sorry. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE.
