At local store in Waldorf, MD (store-6477) we had some problems returning our “first choice” crib but also got lucky to meet great team of sale associates Johanna, Amber and manager Chantale (who helped me twice already). That store team was able to assist us and made us happy that day! So we returned crib and picked up new one along with glider and ottoman. Great example of customer service in person! Thank you so much ladies!

Nice store and friendly service. The bathrooms were in need of an update. For a store that focuses on mothers and mothers to be, a cleaner nicer bathroom would be nice.

Great selection, friendly staff. Only issues are the restrooms and the Mothers room. Way too hot to even try to a feed a baby in there and the restroom smelled funky.
