We went in here to get a phone, and went back 5 times to return the junk they sold as phones. Every piece of junk they sold didnt work and they have a no returns no exchange policy. We had so much trouble we had to demand our money back and then the employee informed us that they couldnt do anything to help us on weekends only Monday through Friday! Never go to this place unless you want to be ripped off.

I had a great experience here! I had cracked the screen on my galaxy s5 and they were able to fix it within a half hour while I shopped. They even replaced it with tempered glass so it would be much harder to break again. Really nice people, fast service, and great results!

BOUGHT TWO PHONES FROM THERE BEFORE.. THEY WERE OK JUST BOUGHT AN IPHONE YESTERDAY.. IT KEEPS CUTTIN OFF..CUT OFF LIKE 5 TIMES TODAY ALONE... NO ONE WANTS TO ANSWER THE PHONE AT THE TOWSON LOCATION..THEY SWAPPED IT OUT FOR ME AND TOOK CARE OF ME.
