I went to Forever 21 and found a shirt I really liked, it was the only large that I found it was already too small to be a large, I had to go to another store to return something so I told the man I would be back not right back but I said in my own words " Ill be back for this shirt. " I came back an hour later and he already let another employee take it and put it somewhere I was so mad, and the. He didnt even care and wasnt right that he did that, he let me leave unsatisfied.

Their customer service is the worst ever. I bought two items that did not fit me, so I wanted to exchange it for another size or get a refund but they said I could not do either, and I contacted them 2 hours after I received the clothing in my mail box. Do not recommend at all. Service is the worst ever.

Do NOT buy clothes form them , its cheap but their material is really bad , it wont last long. And also their costumer service is trouble .
