Every time I come here, I say it is the last time. Ive been shopping at Giant for 30 years, and this is by far the weak link in the chain. The self-checkout at this location uses a different system than every other Giant, and it is terrible, slow, inefficient, etc. The last time I was here, they had removed the scan-it-yourself guns, and I couldnt find a manager to ask why. There is never anyone at the customer service desk. They had started to pack up the seafood counter at something like 7:30, leaving only frozen options. There are two other Giant locations nearby that make this one look like a joke.

I arrive at the Giant Pharmacy, Ive been using for over 10 years, with clearly a serious health issue. I told the staff how sick I was from the start. I was told it would be a hour wait. REALLY!!! I understand first come first serve but you are filling orders to place in the binds. After 50 minutes, I was told they didnt have enough medicine to complete my order. Sometimes in your life there are no words!!! I need a new pharmacy ASAP!!!

Reasonably good supermarket. The produce and meat is fresh. Lines at checkout can be quite long during busy time periods, but they have self-service available. If you go off-hours, its generally not busy, and is a quick shopping trip.
