If you are looking for quality customer service in case there is an issue with your shoe....SHOP ELSEWHERE! I paid over $70 for a pair of shoes and walked in them around the store and even at my house. I wore them to work one day and with the rigors of a full 8 hour day they did not fit right (my heel kept popping out of the back of the pump) and they were extremely uncomfortable. So I called to return them. The manager said you cannot return shoes after they are worn outside and said they advise you to walk in them at home. I did do this, but I am sorry...no women is going to walk around in a pump for 8 hours at home just to see if they are ok to wear for an 8 hour work day. RIDICULOUS! The manager did offer store credit, but I do not want store credit, I want my $70 back!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE....even WALMART allows you to return items after used if you are not satisfied. DSW should want their customers to be satisfied, but apparently they do not care.

As advertised, this is the place for shoes. Right when you walk in you get a feel for the large scale of this place and all it has to offer. The prices are reasonable, although there are occasionally a few good deals that you would not find elsewhere. The openness of the whole place gives it a relaxing feel, which is nice compared to other shoe stores.
