False sales advertisements. I was in need of some work shoes due to mine had a blowout so i thought going to my go to store would be the best bet but i was not happy to see such dishonesty for back to school sale. Needlessto say i got the shoes and paid suggested retail price ...Took pictures showing a sale tag but if you look at the price before it had the same price. . I worked sales and seen this kind of shady business before. What retail dose is bump up prices and say its a sale to boost margins or put fake sales tags to keep the margin at 35-40% profit.. I talkedTo the manager about this and she told me that they change the tags but you cant change tags without ripping the Box so I know this was just a ploy to rip customers off with fake sales advertisements fact is I was in this store two months ago and the shoes had the same price . Been shopping here for 10 years plus but not anymore. Shoe carnival will get all my business.

I have a hard time with shoes and the last time I was in there I get help right away. I was shopping at the store in Northgate. Cincinnati.Oh. there were 2older ladies working and as we started talking they helped me find a pair a gym shoes. I needed for my job. Even those the pair I brought where men shoes. You could not tell and I still have them. They have lasted over a year and ended up being the best pair of shoes so far. Thanks you for the shoes and the pricing. I will be shopping at the store here in Virgina. Thanks again.

Pretty good shoe store. They have a wide variety of brands like Nike, Converse and Vans. Its nice to have a shoe store close to were I live, instead of having to go to the mall. I did have a hard time finding sizes for my son though. All the sizes were way too big.

Great shopping experience. The salesman Michael was very knowledgeable about all the shoes and very helpful. I never expected such excellent service from a store in such a ghetto shopping center and neighborhood.

I found some really cute vans on sale
