I absolutely hated the way "Itee" the so called manager handled things today. I had a game that didnt work and also a dlc that the codes had already been used on. She had told me to go ahead and come to the store and that she would give me another copy even trade. When I got there she gave me some excuse as to not give me another game and also didnt give me a doc code. I will.never shop at this game stop again and i would warn anyone to not go aswell because of the absolutely terrible customer service. Thanks "Itee" she wouldnt even give me her full name when I asked for it.

Never had a bad experience with these guys. They always entertain my daughter when we are in and are just friendly as can be. They answer my six year olds questions seriously and explain everything in words she can understand. They also tend to steer a child away from games that may be inappropriate. This is the topper on cake for me.

I dont really shop here for myself as Im not much of a gamer, but my kids love to come here and spend their gift cards/Christmas/birthday money. Most of the pre-owned game prices are very reasonable, so they get to stretch those dollars a little farther than they would buying something new - which we all like.

This Gamestop is AWFUL! Will never go there again. Pre-ordered Saints Row 3 6 months ahead of release, went and picked it up, they took 30 minutes to find it, and didnt give me my pre-order key. Called when I didnt have it and they say it should have been in the case, they have nothing to do with it. Lies.

The staff are nice and very knowledgeable and always willing to help me find the game I am looking for even if not with them. I found it best to go in the morning to early afternoon to avoid the crowds.

People who give bad reviews without details are dumb, there is nothing wrong with this GameStop. Staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. Thumbs up!!

Sold me a defective used game and wouldnt swap it out since I didnt buy the warranty. If you are going to sell used games make sure they at least work.
