I have been shopping at the Book Nook longer than I would like to admit. I have most often found what book I am looking for and if it is not in stock they are more than happy to order it and call you when it has arrived. The service is simply exceptional. The stores incredible selection of various non book items makes it the perfect place to find a gift for family and friends. I have done this many times and you can get gift certificates. Now it even has a Postal Station in the store so you can buy stamps, and mail out letters and packages. It is a must visit if you have never been there before, and especially if you believe in supporting local businesses.

Excellent store. I love the free gift wrapping year round. I can buy a book as a gift for myself and have it wrapped or one less thing to do for birthdays and holidays. Their normal prices may not be as competitive as the larger stores, but the customer service is excellent, the store is never over crowded, they sell other stuff than just books AND their "sale" weeks last looong and beat out the larger chains. I find myself spending more money year round with this small local business than with any other bookstore in town.

The Book Nook is a wonderful shopping expierence. They have so many wonderful one of a kind items to be seen know where else. I have been shopping there for years and when it was futher down the road years ago there also. The owners are the nicest people, their staff is always friendly and helpful. With all they have in there store they always find what you need. Very neat place now they need a sofa ,chairs and a cup of coffee to finish off the comfortable amibiance.I rate it a 5 the best

I love the shop and the employees are knowledgeable and leave you alone- but their prices are nothing special. I live the the neighborhood and would frequent the shop much more if I was actually getting a lower price than anywhere else in town.

Great little place, I definitely need to visit more often. Staff is very nice and friendly, and I appreciate that they always have a little magazine cart for all the local free publications like folio weekly right outside.

What a find! Treasure trove of books and more. Im an out of towner looking for an airplane read and all the Carl Hiaasen books are in stock. Not many independent bookstores left. Glad I sought it out.

Great little book store! And if you are mailing something, beats the heck out of waiting in line at the post offices! Mail pickups are 4pm & 2pm on Saturday.
