Bad customer service. Do not make the mistake of going here. If you make the mistake of stopping by you will notice you are the only person there besides workers. When you go in you will feel like you are inconveniencing them. Because you are. Bought vape stuff there and it was defective so I went back so they can make it right. They not only wouldnt refund or exchange. They did a bait and switch offering to sell me an item for a price that wasnt available previous day. Avoid this place like the plague. So many shops like this that offer better prices and service. Go elsewhere.

Been to every smoke shop in Jacksonville and this is absolutely the worst one. All the employees except one are unbelievably rude and think they are better than everyone. No one is ever in there and they charge more on glass than other shops. Never had a bad experience at any other shop in Jax I was shocked. Also I guarantee most good reviews about this place are completely fake.

Great little shop. Huge selection. Great vaping supplies too. The dude that helped me listened to all my crap, and let me sample 8 different juices. Would I visit again? Yep be there in a minute.
