What a delight! I called to order flowers for an important birthday (I wont say which one) for my sister. The young lady at Lasater Flowers (Kiera) was extremely helpful and professional in every way. We decided on a table arrangement for the birthday celebration. The basket was delivered as promised and was spectacular. I thought prices were very reasonable, Kiera was certainly very knowledgeable and helpful, the flowers were fresh and beautiful. I have sent flowers via web florists, and typically have not been exceptionally happy with customer support. This time I chose to find a local florist, and Lasater exceeded my expectations. I paid less for more, didnt get charged an additional fee for rush service (something came up, and I needed same day service ... does 1.5 hours from order to delivery satisfy me ... it sure does!), and, I will definitely be calling Lasater again ... they may not be on speed dial, but they are definitely in my personal phone book!
