Please stay away from this jewelry store. I do not often take the time to write reviews about local establishments, but when one is as poor as this, something must be said. The owner, Ignacio, is rude, confrontational, and may have a drinking problem. My wife (who is 7 months pregnant) recently took a broken bracelet in to be fixed. She was greeted by Ignacio, who upon being asked about the coffee he was enthusiastically drinking, told her that there was Rum in his mug. Let me first say that this alone does not bother me. Albeit completely unprofessional, if he is good at his craft, I have no problem with this.. My wife told him that if he can fix the bracelet for under $20 to do so, if not, to leave it and she would pick it up another day. When she returned to the store, the bracelet was fixed and Ignacio told her it would be $30. Reluctantly, my wife paid and left. Two days later, she wore the bracelet for the first time. Within one hour of normal wear, the bracelet broke again in the exact same location that Ignacio had "fixed" it. Disappointed, my pregnant wife took the bracelet back to Ignacio. Upon hearing that the bracelet broke, he became furious and began blaming my wife for breaking it! He stood in his own shop, yelling at a pregnant woman on account of his own poor work. Ignacio then yelled for a few more minutes and refused to repair the bracelet. My wife left feeling upset and confused.. After hearing this, I called and received the same treatment from Ignacio, who is obviously not an upstanding member of our community. The owner of this shop yelled at a 7 months pregnant woman because she asked him to fix what she had paid for. This man is a disgrace and everyone in the area should know this before they choose to give him their business.

I am SO incredibly thrilled with the recent custom jewelry piece that I had Gold Palm Jewelers make for my daughters birthday! I took my old engagement ring that her father gave me (we are no longer together) and had Iggy turn it into a beautiful gold and diamond heart pendant. I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted to turn it into, I just wanted the three stones to represent my daughter, me and her father, and Iggy suggested mounting them in an irregular shaped heart. It came out BEAUTIFULLY! So much better than I had imagined, and represented exactly what I wanted to give my daughter- the perfect gift. A ring that was given to me by her father, in love, and turned into a representation of her- a product of our love. She absolutely loved it when she opened it, and it is now a priceless treasure she can cherish for the rest of her life!

Took my Invicta Pro Diver watch in to replace a pin and get a link taken out. They replaced both links and took the link out and then put it back in when I realized it was too small without it for only $10!! Great place with super friendly people. Will definitely be taking my watched in there from now on.

By far the best local jewelry store in South Tampa. They did a great job on a repair for me at a fair price. The owner (Ignacio) is a great guy and could not be friendlier. I highly recommend this place to anyone that lives in the area!

I went here twice during store hours to find no one there and store completely dark. Rang the doorbell and called the number on the door which kept ringing and ringing. Dont waste your time trying to go here.
