Porr customer service. Send your winning ticket to Tallahassee with registered / receipt return. Went today, Jan 5, 2015. PRocess at the branch is BROKEN. Take a number, they call you, have a sit for them to process your check. Wait is 30 to 45 minutes. What ? I had to wait and others there were quite upset with the wait. Dont waste your time at this branch, Edna operations manager just gives lip service. I should not have expected 5 stars, after all this is a state workers office. Hardest part of the job working for the county or state is having to leave your house to go to work.

I went there today and was in and out.. the employees were nice and very helpful! I see other bad reviews and thought Id have a bad experience. NOPE!!! cant always trust reviews!

The office hours are not correct. Correct hours for prize redemption are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm
