I cannot put into words how difficult these people were to deal with as well as uncooperative. I drove over an hour to come collect a winning ticket and was given the run around all day. They would tell me one thing I would call Atlanta office they would tell me something different then I would go back inside to tell them what Atlanta said Atlanta even called them and then I told me there was a miscommunication that Atlanta was wrong. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would give them 10.
