Exciting to go with a winning ticket. But prepare to be there at least an hour on a slow day. A Monday? Forget about it. I was told it takes hours to all day. I was there once on a Monday and it took close 4 hours. Others had been there all day. The process is not bad, nor the employees. But prepare to wait, maybe take the day off.

Took quite a while to get my ticket processed. Didnt realize there would be 30+ people waiting in front of me when i showed up not to long after they opened. I suggest getting there right upon opening to save yourself from the mayhem.
