I bought 6x6 white (not a special type of tile) to use on a house I was remodeling. I changed my mind and ended up buying 3x6 from this same Daltile location. I went to return the 6x6 and they wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee. I wasnt happy, I spoke with the manager and told him other tile suppliers allow returns and dont charge restocking fees (Lowes, HD, Floor & Decor to name a few) and I would no longer buy material from them. He didnt seem to care and basically said tough luck. Ive spent a lot money with Daltile on multiple projects in the past and was disgusted with the way I was treated. Ill never do business with them again.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst Daltile I have ever entered. I was treated extremely unprofessional by an employee named Sandra. Each time that I have done business there I am ignored and act as if they did not see me. She was not helpful one bit and didnt know one thing about tile. When I asked a simple question regarding setting material she had no clue and never bothered to ask mangement for help answer my concerns. Had too many bad experiences there and will drive to Largo from now on.

Soooo...we spent 20 minutes looking in the showroom. No one came out to ask us if we needed help so we went into the office and were told that they only sell to tile companies. Maybe that would be a good thing to put online AND on your door.
