The customer service rep on the phone seemed to not care about my problem at all and was pretty unprofessional. I told them I was going to bring my pc by the next day and when I got there there was no one there, they werent answering their phones, and there were no signs on the door. Big waste of time and made me feel like a fool.

Everyone else told me it would be 220 dollars to fix my computer and they would delete all the photos and music doing it. Epic computers got it done the same day for 20 bucks and told me it was only a small error causing it not to start up, thank god there are still honest people in this world.
