Nice shop but, the Male owner who was so helpful and knowledgeable before, ended up being rude and nasty when i returned a item (Fromm Classic) when two of my dogs got violent diarrhea from it. He stated it was impossible and he has never seen that in 11 years. Which means he isnt very informed as I had thought. So other than being treated as a liar and told I should go buy a lottery ticket with that kind of luck (?), he also flat told me that with two of my dogs being so sensitive and so messed up, he would not recommend anything to me period. The man did refund us like he said and i spent it there on other brands I knew safe for my animals, but it was so cold and quiet in there you could hear a pin drop. It was like I had broken some golden rule or something. When all i wanted was his input and advice. Shame really, very nice little place, I liked it, and all was good until I had a small issue and needed their help........... Wow. I guess my retired Police dog and rescue pets will go somewhere else. My wife who works for a local vet hospital and daughter who works for local pet spa were also very shocked at the way we were treated.

George and Debbie will take good care of your dog or cat. Anyone who might have an issue with George is "overly Sensitive" since the man definitely knows what he is taking about. He does intensive research before he allows anything to be sold in his store and you can trust his judgement without question. I have been going to Paradise Poochie for 5+ years and NEVER had a problem. I have extremely sensitive and picky dogs but Fromm and Real Meat dog food have made a real difference in my Dogs health. Thank you George!! You are the Best.

George and Debbie are the greatest. They care about animals, they care about you and they have a lot of knowledge which they are happy to share with you.... They carry a great line of raw food for cats. all my dogs are gone and my cats are getting older. George shared the information about raw food with me and they are all doing great! One had persistent urinary track infections and that quit after putting her on raw food. I am really happy they are here!

I like the owner Debbie. Unfortunately, there is a gal who works there who is extremely rude and confrontational. Plus she smokes right outside the door...so I have to walk through the smoke to go inside. Amazon offers the same products for less with free shipping and less stress. Ive decided to stop going there because of the sales associate.

I was in last week and got some great advise, the prices were within my budget (it is rough lately for everyone), and my little itchy dogs are getting better, thanks to duck and potato food and salmon oil. Thank you so much for helping me with a situation that should have been cleared up months ago. I will be back.
