This store is amazing, and so is the staff!!! We have bought several pieces of furniture from here over the years and love them. Great quality and beautiful furniture. But the reason why we love the store goes even deeper than just love of their product. Today we were treated with kindness and shown some grace through a really frustrating situation. Without going too much into detail, due to a mixup with a promotional rate we were promised, we owed over $1000 in interest from a purchase we made almost 2 years ago. Havertys stepped in to solve this problem, and took care of this amount for us..... so to thank them, we bought almost $4,000 in furniture today!! The Sales Manager and Associates who helped us out today really went above and beyond, and we are so grateful and blessed to have had such an amazing experience. We will continue to shop at Havertys and will always remember how well we were treated today. Thank you so much!

I have, with the help of Steve Broyles at the Shalimar location, re-furnished my living room, bedroom and part of my dining room. I could not be more pleased with the service throughout the entire transaction, from sales to scheduling and delivery. To say the delivery crew(s) are awesome is an understatement.
