The showroom floor is very clean, very organized, and they look like they have everything a quilter needs if youre stopping in for a quick this or that. Although a bit expensive for my tastes. Customer service is lacking. After two weeks, what could have been done in one day was never done. After the first week, I was told my machine was next in line. A week later, my machine was still "next." I can understand when you have lots of things to get done, but it would have been nice to get a proper estimate on when I would have been able to get my machine back. Had I been asked to wait, due to unforseen circumstances, I would have left my machine, but they seemed more than happy to let me take my business elsewhere. Professionalism is a word that comes to mind on what was lacking from the service. The three people I spoke to on the other side of the phone were curt, like my calling was wasting their time. I will not be returning.

This is a family owned business and the facility is beautiful... lots of fabric choices and the people there are so warm and friendly. I bought my Bernina used because thats the only way I could afford one and I got it serviced at Wandering Stitches... they were great and the price for service was fair... they also offer tons of classes and are really knowledgeable. If I ever am ready to get a new Bernina, I know where to go... in the meanwhile, theyve got me for life for service, fabric, and classes... if youve not been yet, its worth a drive to this place to check them out!

This quilt shop is amazing, well worth the trip. Google had the address wrong but it was only a couple of buildings down. They have TONS of fabric and lots of cool stitched out samples. If you live in the area this would be the place to go for classes. They have a very large class room. They have three longarms that they rent out too. This shop is a definite shop hop must stop.
