Very bad costumer service. The people who works there are not professional. I will not go back to this store ever. The manger is very rude and she treated me in a very bad way. If you keep doing what u do with costumes, no one will come back again to you store. My answer to ur question. Is when I asked ur assistant about the the color of the fabric that I want, she said we dont have this color in the store like she doesnt want to search or help then I told her lets try to find the color in the store and yes we found multiple color very close to the one I want. Then I asked her about the charges for my job and she asked u and u said u want the size which I dont have it. And I saw u and said hi to u and I didnt like ur reaction!!! Yes u said Im busy now with other clients but the way u said it and the look u gave me was very rude and not nice at all. I advice u to be more nice and friendly with pp and if u smile that will better for ur business. I have visited many fabric stories and all of them welcomed me with a smile. And they were very helpful even i they r busy. U & ur assistant are not professional enough to deal with pp and plz show respect to the clients.

Great experience! Loved that they let us bring home a dollar-bill sized sample and that you can bring home lots of samples! Other stores make you bring up the rolls and they cut them.. and they give you a swatch the size of a business card! What do you do with that? really? But not here..you walk around with the scissors and start cutting a sample when something catches your eye! and there were lots of somethings catching my eye! The staff was easy to work with and friendly..! I covered by dining room chairs and am now going back to get the matching fabric for the valences!!! And the prices were affordable!!!! Loved it!!! (and I am not one of those sewing types even!)

Were going to Boca Bargoons are the first words out of my cousins mouth whenever I see her. I drive her there all the way from Orlando so she can get everything she needs for her whole house. The one-stop fabric store with a flair for unique designs. They have the Hemming-Way Design center that lets her see how fabrics will look in a room or out on the patio furniture. They even customize the order to get exactly what she wants, no matter how long that takes. She says the low prices and huge selection are worth the drive, so we stock up on home decor for the entire year all at once.

I had a terrible experience with : 1. The poor quality of fabric that I purchased in the Casselberry store 2. The poor response for satisfaction from local management, and 3. The lack of response from regional/corporate /Atlanta Office to my reasonable accommodation for satisfaction request which was to reimburse me for fabric expense or allow me to select a preferential replacement fabric. The young woman that assisted me was very professional and knowledgeable. I believe she is well acquainted with the inventory since I described what I was looking for and she said immediately that they currently did not have the item. (brown linen) However the suggestion she made I purchased and it worked out beautifully. I plan to shop there again. I was very impressed.
