Outside of the fabric cutting counter, its REALLY hard to get an associate to assist you on the sales floor here. I would recommend doing plenty of research on whatever you plan to buy before going, to avoid frustration. That being said, I will absolutely stull return due to their outstanding variety in fabrics and general sewing supplies. They also have frequent coupons and good sales. The good definitely outweighs the bad.

I am neber in this store without complications. It is usually mimarked items that are in a sales bin but not on sale when I get to the checkout or like today my patterns marked $1.99 were actually no longer on sale-someone forgot to take the sign down! The girl at the cash register was very gracious but it is embarrasing to say the least and usually 1 or 2 things in my cart go back in stock . Grrrr....

Youll find just about anything you need to create something for yourself or your home here. The staff usually dont know a thing about sewing so dont go in needing help because they will just give you the deer in the headlights look. They arent very friendly either. If youre willing to overlook these things, its a good store. Be sure to sign up for their coupons on-line and in the store.

The biggest Jo-Ann Fabrics in the area. This store has the largest selection of fabric and yarns. If they dont have it at another store they usually have it here. Always well organized. There is usually a line at the cutting counter, especially during big sales, but the staff works to make sure you dont wait long. Sign up for the coupons and you will get great deals!

Perfect for craft supplies. Large yarn and fabric selection. Not the largest selection on paint brushes or candle making materials, but the staff is very friendly. The cashier even told me about a couoon online and sxanned it from my phone to save a bit of money.

Going through season change. Lots of clearance throughout the store. Had coupons to use. But even with coupon yarn I needed was cheaper elsewhere. Good prices on other basic crafting supplies
