Terrible customer service. Walk in and 4 associates talking among themselves and didnt even say hello,let alone finding someone to help you. Assistant manager had no clue how to handle my problem. He just stood there and stated "I have worked for the company for 5 years",and you still cant handle my problem? All these associates need to retrained on customer service. They should all take a field trip to the other HL and see how they treat there customers.

Disappointed in the selection of ndividual Christmas ornaments this year. Asked a couple of staff members the same question; one didnt have a clue, the other knew where to look but was unsure.

Soo much stuff to look at that it can be overwhelming. Prices are a little high but you can always get a coupon online. They arent open on Sundays and arent opened very late during the week.
