El peor dealer que alla visto, son enganosos y faltan a su palabra, me vendieron un bmw 2007 y menos de una semana de haberlo comprado tube que invertir 3200 para reparar la transmicion, tengo todos los recibos de ese gasto. Le reclame al dealer que me ayudaran y su respuesta fue que yo compre haci, por otro lado le compre un SUV marza y se la page cash dos meses despues de pagarla fui y la di de downpayment por un mercedez benz me la recibieron en 7000 la mazda y me lleve el mercedez a la semana de haber hecho el negocio me dicen q no pueden conseguirme el financiamiento y querian quitarme el mercedez cuando le reclamo el downpayment ne dicen que mis 7000 dollares se perdieron y por hay continua la historia. Esta gente son unos LADRONES Y ESTAFADORES principalmente Rosy que es la esposa del dueno llamo miguel (angel). Tengo tambien q informa que tomaron los documentos de mi mama y financiaron un carro sin la autorizacion de ella, hoy se apodero una firma de abogados y lo vamos a demandar por robo de identidad y estafa. I went to buy a car that I saw online, got a response through email and drove the next day to see and test drive it. When i got there, no one helped me and I had to ask the car washing guy to show me the car, he was nice, but didnt speak any english. Come to find out that the car was all the way in the back of the lot, with over 9 cars blocking it from moving anywhere, battery was dead, and the ignition was stuck... I then asked to test drive it and the owner asked the car washing guy to move all of the cars one by one, and had to jump all of them to get them to move, then i test drove it after 30 mins of waiting... I got the car for working needs and to haul wood and things. After buying the car and making my descision, I walked into the office and the lady in there tried to put on more fees, CRAZY!!! She kept trying to add more hidden charges behind my back, and claiming that the charges are for the cost of the registration and all, normally its a new tag title and taxes, tag is normally about $450, title and taxes are about 15 20 dollars, and the dealer fee depends on the dealer but theres was about $250 and thats there charge wich is normal.. Then after all was about to be signed she said oh and im gonna charge you $60 dollars for the temp tag, and I said WHAT?!? No! and she said but thats how much it costs... and I told her no, called other dealers and they said that was illegal, A TEMP TAG DOES NOT COST OR THEY SHOULD NOT CHARGE YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO GET CHARGED THAT MUCH OR ANYTHING AT ALL FOR THAT. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY A CAR THERE EVER! they are not professional and will try to add hidden charges that are not real, please dont let them fool you into telling you that the charge is real, IT IS NOT! be careful!

Please read this review before considering this "so called business" I have been dealing with this business since January 31st in attempt to buy a vehicle. It is now March 4th and I still have no vehicle. I currently reside in Jacksonville and sent them the holding fee for a Mazda. They first told me I was unable to pick up the car because it still needed work which was fine. They then told me the vehicle was ready and I could come pick it up. I left Jacksonville in route to Orlando to pick up the vehicle. By the time I made it to St. Augustine they told me they were sorry the vehicle was not ready. I had to turn around and come home. During this time I was paying insurance on this vehicle because they had told me I had to have insurance in order to take the vehicle. Fast forward to yesterday March 4th they told me the vehicle was ready. I made the trip all the way from Jacksonville to Orlando and upon my arrival I was greeted by my vehicle with the hood open parts missing and extremely dirty! When I went inside I came across a women named ROSIE who is by far the most unprofessional woman I have ever met! I asked her how could it be that they told me my vehicle was ready and its not? After little discussion the women became very rude and asked me to clean my ears so that I could hear and understand better! I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner! This business has assured me that if the car was not ready I would be able to have my cash back! The same way I provided it! ANOTHER LIE! Please do not go to this business. I am a very understanding client. However I have zero patience for lies and people playing with my hard earned money. I have now wasted money on insurance and gas for no reason!

This was the first time Ive ever purchased a car, and let me tell you something, I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I could not have been more satisfied with the quality of personal service I received at pj auto trading inc. Luis Beltre whos the General Manager personaly spent a great deal of time showing me severl different types cars as well as what seemed like another hour of answering many, many questions I had. I ended up with the perfect car. Luis made arrangements to have the car professionally detaled as well as changing the back bumper due to some scruff marks and painting (dealer paint)o few scratch marks. He also - and this sealed the deal for me - threw in fully tinted windows. (I tried to get him to also install blue headlights but that didnt happen). The other two poeple where instrumental to this wonderful experience was Jovi Angel and Rosy who made sure the car was inspected,registered and had the plates put on the car. I NEVER had to step one foot into the DMV. Also, Angelica was a huge help in getting all the paperwork filled out, completed and expedited. One other thing, Luis took all my phone calls personally (and trust me when I say I called a lot.) If he was with a client, he asked if he could call me back when he was done, and of course..... he did. If youre looking for a car and want one of the best experiences, I recommend you stop by and ask to see Luis and his team because you will be pleasantly surprised, as was I.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star these people are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I was looking to buy a car with them and i go to the dealer and the car I went to see had the rotors, calipers, rims and almost everything under the car was full of rust and had some corrosion so I asked where the car was from and I was lied to saying the car was from Florida when the car actually came from Massachusetts, Even after I told them about the Rust and etc they told me " Dont worry about that thats nothing " and " we will fix that " My understanding is that if you are going to sell car you better make sure its ready to go on the floor and ready to go, Apart from that I wanted to take the car for a test drive so I gave her my iD and I jumped in the car and i noticed the car did not have any gas at all, So I get off and I tell them it has no gas and the guy says " okay hold on " and when he comes back he hands me a 5$ bill and I told him " And what about the battery problem" he said " here take the jump start just in case and put it in the backseat". I have never had an experience at a dealer this bad ever. On top of all this the sales lady was still trying to convince me to buy the car that same night. DONT BUY HERE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF !!!!!!!
