Worst ever!!!!! Was sold the "unlimited membership". Was mainly using it just for a bath on a weekly basis, until the 3rd month we had to use it for a full groom. Emily the manager at the hunters creek store did not like the fact we only wanted to trim 1/2 inch and told us " not to waste her time if were going to return next week to request something else...she had other dogs that she could cater to". One manager named Kim called and apologized...we all move forward; however the service went downhill from there. My dog was kept there longer than usual with each service requested, one occasion they had called a "different" number for pick up; hours would had continue to pass if I did not call to check up. Today 9/7/16 I called to book an appointment and was told there was nothing available for 3 days until Sunday 9/11!!!! of course i did not believe it....I had two friends called and book two different appointments for Saturday 1 at 1:30 pm (she was offered 4 different spots 12:30, 1, 2 and 2:30) for a mini groom and another friend booked another appointment for a bath at 9:30am...not once I was offered a single spot. I called the same manager Kim and of course this time around she stood by her crew and she is entitle to, all she kept saying there has to be an explanation; I will call you back and she did promptly and here it goes "oh i talked to the girls and they offered you Saturday...so spots became available...THEY HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF CONTRACT APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE THEY CAN TAKE BOOK ON A DAILY BASIS " ...REALLY?????? WOW!!!!! I got your explanation....ITS CALLED DESCRIMINATION ONE ON ONE!!!! I KNOW WHAT I HEARD....3 PEOPLE IN THE ROOM HEARD the same thing! This is why they decided to step in and help because since the "grooming" incident i been sensing my dog was not being treated the same...as customers we were not being treated the same!!!!

Es increíble su mal trato al coustomer y mala organización el mal manejo y la falta de personal para cumplir con las exigencias de la clientela además de malos entendidos de ellos a sus coustomer por no tener claro lo que ofrecen es una lástima que aún alla gente que lleva a sus mascotas por ese precio por que la verdad no lo vale mis dos mascotas quedaron en pánico después de llevarlas ahora sólo darles agua tiemblan,

The owner finally realized that, contrary to what their website states, size DOES matter. They just terminated our membership because our 10 month old golden-doodle is "too challenging" during the blow drying process. Do they expect him to sit and chat as we do when we visit the hair salon for a cut and blow dry? HES A DOG! This is why people take their dogs to "professionals" to be groomed. Give me a break. Hes been to JUST 4 DOGS over 10 times for grooming and all of the sudden hes challenging??! Its seems to me like they figured out this membership deal isnt that great for business. If we would have canceled our year long contract for whatever reason, there would be some kind of penalty. I will be looking into how it works when its the other way around.

First time I went I didnt mention I had a groupon.So they told me they would do at that time, but I had to mention the groupon next time.I told them I didnt mention because i was afraid they would treat my dog differently.the lady told me they would never do that because they hold up their standard. So now at the second time I told them about the groupon....it was my mistake...when I picked up my dog his trimming was bad..not even close to the first time (wich I loved). Hos teddy bear face wss uneven. ..his whole fur was uneven. His paws were not trimmed. ..just a mess...I felt bad about complaining ainve I had a cupon...but now I know....besides that...people are very friendly and polite.

I filed the 12 month membership form for my 4 dogs, that " as a member you may bring your pets as often as needed", but it is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment. Every time I called, they were overbooked. I scheduled on line, and they simply canceled the appointments without any explanation. Last week they called me to say that the membership program was over, after 45 days of the signature of the contract! They breach the contract at their will. Disrespectful with the customers.

I didnt get one of those memberships and still found it impossible to make appointments. When I finally did, the staff seemed to be having a personal squabble. On other occasions, I also drove by and found it closed early. I dont know who the owner is but I suspect the owner is unaware of the rude staff And terrible customer service. The place is a success due to the demand , in my opinion, not because of the service. Too bad really. Pretty disappointed

I went to get a trim and bath for my golden retriever. I found it to be very expensive but decided to give it a chance. Staff was very nice and friendly and the place was very clean. Unfortunately his cut was uneven many with lines all over, his ears werent cleaned, his nails werent clipped. I cant belive how this people are ok giving this service. I get very upset everytime I look at my golden. I wont be back here.

I have just moved to orlando about 3 months ago and i have looked very hard for a groomer my dog is not only my champaion but is my baby even though i was unable to drop or pick my baby up my husband had to i checked him really close and these ladys done a wonderful job i was only aloned to give them a 5 the deserve a 10

I took my dog its a golden retriever and I didnt like the service at all. they didnt do her anal glads so she started to smell bad the next day. Noiw I went yesterday to Super Cute grooming in Kissimmee and I loved it, the customer service is excellent and the groomers are very professional. Prices are very reasonable.

I am so careful and afraid to leave my baby anywhere! This was our first time bringing him here and we are definitely coming back!!!! Their service and the way they treated my baby was great! When I went to pick him up he was on the floor walking around peacefully and trying to reach one of the girls working there!

Worst investment ever, i got my puppy the year package for unlimited grooming!!! Omg... To start they dont have professional groomers so there is always something wrong... They NEVERRRR answer the phone and when they do there is no appt... Like srsly what a JOKE... I am stuck for a year!!!

I love Just 4 Dogs, they do a really good job with the grooming, the location smells amazing, the staff is friendly and most important my dog Yogi is so happy to be there he never wants to leave.

I stopped the unlimited package. Every time I tried to make an appointment it was overbooked within 3-weeks waiting. Basically you pay a one time grooming service at month, its not unlimited!!!!
