I have some special needs and not only was Tim able to show me a wide range of products, he also provided helpful and well-informed advice to help me make a selection. There was never any pressure, and Tim continues to provide support and assistance to ensure I am getting the best ride for me. If I could give Tim a "20", I would. Works very hard at not being a salesperson. I can honestly say I really do "hate" salesmen, like car dealers, insurance salesmen etc, but Tim is so far above them. He will be honest with you telling you that you really dont need something if he feels you dont. Not so concerned with the $$$, more concerned with making a repeat customer/friend and making sure youll be happy with your purchase. Hes defiantly a rare breed! Give him your business, please!!!
