Louis was extremely happy to help test our battery in the car and changed it out with a smile while carrying on conversation with witty banter! Cody was also very helpful when we inquired regarding another issue we had with a noise under the hood! Will be my new neighborhood parts store!

Terrible customer service. They have a tendency to lie over the phone, so dont call for anything, because once you walk in there is going to be another story or BS you are gonna have to put up with, just choose another auto parts store and save yourself the bad experience.

Everyone was looking around with idk what to do look. They never have anything I need. Today went for some self locking nuts. 12x1.25 mm. Nothing! I had more serious parts to buy (ie brake rotors) but if they didnt have nuts, why buy big ticket items?

Seemed like only one employee there was actually doing anything. The rest were just goofing off. Waited in line at checkout for a LONG time and eventually left my items on the counter and left. Store really needs to review their personal roster.
