Horrible service, I ordered an arrangement for a client at 11 am to be delivered to their grand opening. The driver picked up the order, as per the owner, at noon. They called my client at 6:30 and they were no longer at the venue. I called the owner to complain, he said it was out of his hands and had no idea what happed, the only thing he could do was refund my money. That was November 23rd. December 2, I called to ask about my refund since my debit card had not been credited and was told they did not know how to contact me and that they did not know who to refund the money to because they had 3 orders the same day with the same amount. My number and information was on the order and they did not know how to contact me? Today, December 4th, I still do not have my refund!!! Update: December 8th, and no refund yet!

Dont order flowers from this florist. I placed an order a week before Valentines Day for my wifes favorite flowers to be delivered to her work and my wife just let me know the flowers never arrived. WTF??? Really??? When I called at 5pm to find out what happened, the phone went right to voice mail and the voice mail was full so I couldnt leave a message. If you cant deliver flowers on Valentines Day then you should go out of business! I hope you go BELLY UP really quick Poinciana Flowers! YOU SUCK!

Ivan was recommended to me through a friend in Florida. When I gave him a call he was extremely knowledgeable in the flowers that I should bring to my friends funeral. I asked him if he did express delivery, and to my surprise the flowers came right on time and they looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL! He was explaining to me all the places he got the fresh flowers at, and I could tell how happy his company makes him. Definitely calling him again when I need a flower delivery service. Highly recommended

Incredible florist shop. The owner Ivan is amazing at creating floral arrangements. I was greeted by him, very professional and he is very knowledgeable in his field. Ivan helped & guided me to get the most beautiful flowers for the occasion. Great service. Love this place.

I worked as delivery here, this store is not okay. Expect the delivery driver unhappy because the owner never pays fair and the owner talks bad about customers who talk good about him. The owner has bad judgement and is unreliable.
