This Staples is not great for copy/printing services. Every time I go in there are always people waiting for help around the copy center. In December I came back in (after just being there the previous week) to get an additional paper laminated. The young lady at the counter said they could not laminate card stock. I explained I have had card stock laminated with them before but she refused and suggested I go to Office Depot....very unprofessional. Ive been going to FedEx ever since for laminating needs.

Supposedly a copy center with only one person working. Their do it yourself printers cant print Excel spreadsheets from flash drives even though they have the port its outside their capabilities. Another reason I go to Office Depot, wont trouble them with my business in the future.

The store is generally well stocked, including sale items. Sometimes the store is rather disorganized. They offer great deals on school supplies every year. We can get everything on the supply list in one stop. Very convenient.

Had a real problem on the weekend due to an untrained employee. Since then Staples has gone out of their way to correct the problem. Ian in the laminating department is outstanding!!
