Could not get my bracelet cleaned ,deliberately rude service from Chelsea i went to get a birthday gift, this experience was very unpleasant .she was not pleasant or helpful not what you expect as a customer i was very close to going to a different store even after spending all that time waiting to be attened to she was definitely avoiding us in the store.get better customer service attendants who are respectful to customers.

Horrible customer service. Sales people have no knowledge of the product and no interest in learning about it. I love Pandora but will never shop at this store again, they are just RUDE! Extremely bad policies!
