We came in to find a paint color to repaint my apartment since we are moving out and the complex required a very specific impossible to find "new off white". We were greeted very nicely by all the staff there and on top of that, Brittanii went above and beyond to call other Sherwin Williams to get us the right color that we needed. Out of this stressful experience, this was the highlight of my day.

I dont know how much variability there is from one paint store to another, but the reason to go is the customer service - Michael is fast, knowledgeable, and friendly, and in todays world, thats worthy of comment.

The lady here is really rude, the customer service well there is no customer service. Dont go here, your better of going to Benjamin Moore on University and Peters.
